Metalworking

SPLITING OF MATERIALS (automatic saw, plasma, burning machine)

Cutting of all kinds of profiles including angular profiles, tubes and flat bars on the machine belt saws, burns (more information in the separate section).

PRESSING (eccentric presses up to 100tons)

Pressing of flat bars and sheets up to 20mm thick.

BENDING (rim-presses, bending machine for tubes and angular profiles.)

Metalworking

Bending of thin sheets of maximum length 2m on a rim-press 40t and bending thin metal sheets of maximum length 3,6m and thick metal sheets P10 do 1,5m,P15 up to 0,5m,P20 up to 0,1m on rim-press 200t, bending of tubes of Ø 32, bending of angular profiles. and flat ovals.

CUTTING (scissors, divide machine for poles)

Cutting of sheets thick up to 10mm on machine drop scissors, sheets thick up to 8mm of maximum length 3m and sheets thick up to 10mm of maximum length 2m.

DRILLING (slope, stand and radial drills)

Drilling of standard holes, drilling of bigger diameters on a radial drill.

TOOLING OF SMALL SERIES (lathes, milling cutter)

Lathing and milling as part of the set processes

WELDING

Welding of higher requirementts including preheating while using the MAG method in accordance with the EN 287-1.

JET (jet cabin)

Metalworking

Jett with steel granule 0,85-1,18 in accordance with CSN ISO 8504-2-Sa 2,5 in a jet cabin 7x4,5 x3m.

SPRAYING (spraying box)

Spraying - wet method for products of maximum size 2,3x2m.

Surface finishing, galvanization and the KTL method are provided with our co-operating companies.

Transport is provided by our cars or by external trasport companies.

Metalworking

Engraving of letters, numbers and simbols on the PRAMARK machine. Materials such glass, ceramics, plastic, steel up to 63 HRC of hardeness, both flat and profiled.
