Jet cabin
For cleaning and finishing works of the steel product surfaces we use the pressure jet box – size 7,0 m x 4,5 m x 3,0 m, equipped with a rail trolley.
Dry and oil-free parts are jetted in the cabin with sharp-rim steel abrasive GH25, size of the granule 0,85 – 1,18 mm, grade Sa 2 ½ asperity of the surface.
With those cleaning works all the dirt, rust and iron scales are taken away. This way can be also removed the old paint from gates and wickets.
